These are unprecedented times, but there are tools available to help navigate. Sanvello is a helpful mobile app designed to help you cope with stress and anxiety. You can learn new skills, join group conversations, find useful techniques and track your emotions to help you feel more calm and in control. There’s even a new Staying Socially Connected community that provides support as COVID-19 shifts our daily routines. Sanvello is available to those with qualifying insurance or sponsorship through an employer or higher education institution.*

In March 2020, to help people cope with the impacts of COVID-19, Sanvello announced free premium access to the Sanvello mobile app to everyone.

Effective June 30, 2020, free premium access to the Sanvello mobile app will only be available to those with qualifying insurance or sponsorship through your employer or higher education institution. All other members will revert to the basic version of Sanvello effective July 1, 2020.

Note: In order to maintain free access to Sanvello premium after June 30, 2020, eligible members must register using their medical insurance ID. Eligible members who have not registered using their insurance information will need to adjust their account appropriately to maintain free access to Sanvello Premium.

**The Sanvello Mobile Application should not be used for urgent care needs. If you are experiencing a crisis or need emergency care, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The information contained in the Sanvello Mobile Application is for educational purposes only; it is not intended to diagnose problems or provide treatment and should not be used as a substitute for your provider’s care. The Sanvello Mobile Application is available at no out of pocket cost to you through your health plan membership. Participation in the program is voluntary and subject to the terms of use contained in the Application.
